ln the physical world most of the things we own are non-fungible items (phone, car, identity...) Although there are fungible things like money, they represent a small % of what we own. I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of tokens in the digital world are also non-fungible.

It's important to remember that innovation takes a lot longer to impact our world than most people expect. For example, virtual reality and AI were expected to blow up years, even decades ago, and only now are we seeing the real potential of these technologies.

The higher the take rate (margins of a platform), the more susceptible these platforms are to disruptions by Web 3.
