If this bill passes, we will be taking a massive leap AWAY from a democracy and closer to authoritarianism Yet everyone is distracted by Trump, TikTok, Tate and the next ‘Breaking News’ headline (🙋‍♂️guilty) Life as we know it is being stripped away. I am NOT over exaggerating!

#BREAKING: @elonmusk added “US state-affiliated media” to several mainstream media twitter pages. Media is infested with bias and conflicts of interest. 57% of Americans believe that "most news organizations are more concerned with supporting an ideology or political position than with informing the public" Do you trust today's media? Is independent citizen journalism a good alternative? And, more importantly, how the hell did we get to this stage 😢

#BREAKING: Trump's charges have JUST been released by Bragg. Here's a quick summary and what it could mean for Trump: 1. Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree: This is a crime that involves making false entries in business records with the intent to defraud or commit another crime. 2. Accused of making false entries in business records of an enterprise: Trump is accused of causing false entries to be made in invoices from Michael Cohen that were marked as records of either Donald J. Trump or the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust and kept by the Trump Organization. 3. Intent to defraud and commit another crime: The indictment alleges that Trump had both the intent to defraud and the intent to commit another crime when he made these false entries. 4. Aid and concealment of the commission of another crime: The indictment also alleges that Trump made these false entries with the purpose of aiding and concealing the commission of another crime. WHAT HAPPENS IF TRUMP IS FOUND GUILTY? If found guilty, Trump could face serious consequences including fines and imprisonment. Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree is a Class E felony in New York State, which carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison. However, it's important to note that these are just potential consequences - any actual sentence would depend on a variety of factors, including the severity of the offense and any mitigating circumstances. Are the charges serious and legitimate or a political witch hunt?
