#BREAKING: DeSantis Bans Abortion after Six Weeks DeSantis signed a bill yesterday that would ban abortion after six weeks of pregnancy. The bill passed 70-40 in the House and was approved in the state Senate earlier this month. DeSantis wrote the bill “expands pro-life protections and devotes resources to help young mothers and families.” This bill has changed the cut off for abortion from 15 weeks of pregnancy to 6 weeks. The exception to this ban are cases of rape, incest, medical emergencies and “fatal fetal abnormalities”. Has DeSantis preserved the human right to live or infringed on a woman’s right to choose?
