🚨BREAKING: PROSECUTORS DROP CAMPAIGN FINANCE CHARGE AGAINST FTX’S SAM BANKMAN-FRIED Federal prosecutors are dropping the charge that SBF violated campaign finance rules. SBF was charged with fraud and campaign finance violations after the sudden collapse of FTX, a crypto exchange. He was extradited from the Bahamas to face trial in a US federal court. However, officials in the Bahamas informed the government that they did not extradite SBF on the campaign finance charge. Late last night, the prosecutors filed to drop the charge, claiming that "in keeping with its treaty obligations to the Bahamas, the government does not intend to proceed to trial on the campaign contributions count." The accusations against SBF were that he was behind $90 million in campaign contributions to some 300 political candidates or political action committees. OTHER CHARGES REMAIN SBF is now facing seven charges in October relating to fraud. These include defrauding customers and lenders of FTX. It is alleged that SBF siphoned billions of dollars that customers had deposited with FTX. Other charges may yet result in an additional trial, but complications arise from litigation in the Bahamas over the extradition, which must be concluded before the US government can proceed. 🚨WHY I AM SUING A YOUTUBER AFTER MONTHS OF CONSTANT ATTACKS | HOW HE MANIPULATED HIS AUDIENCE & VICTIMIZED HIMSELF FOR ENGAGEMENT A YouTuber has been trying to destroy my reputation through a series of videos since the end of last year. The videos are full of LIES and OUT-OF-CONTEXT information aimed at harming me and my businesses. The claims in the videos have NO ACTUAL EVIDENCE, and the YouTuber NEVER even reached out to me to get the facts, the most basic ethical requirement of ANY JOURNALIST. After months of holding off legal action, his constant barrage of attacks continued, again never contacting me to verify his claims. I’ve offered him many opportunities to correct the false information, and asked him to post videos BASED ON FACTS. He ignored, and continued posting baseless claims. After suffering significant financial losses, I decided to take action through the courts: A place where FACTS MATTER In response, the same YouTuber who’s been attacking me relentlessly for months now paints himself as a victim ‘citizen journalist’ being ‘silenced’. For those who care about FACTS and EVIDENCE, below this tweet, there’s a very detailed document with SIGNIFICANT EVIDENCE countering ALL CLAIMS made by the YouTuber. On top of this, attached are images of our correspondence after we sued him, showing my clear intention in simply wanting the FALSE CONTENT REMOVED, but he again ignored and pretends to be the victim. WHY I DECIDED TO TAKE ACTION "Journalists" stick to FACTS and VERIFY the information with the individual before posting about them. Once they're aware certain information is false, they REMOVE the information and correct the record. I’m suing the YouTuber because he never attempted to verify ANY information through me, posted FACTUALLY FALSE information, and never corrected his videos—despite KNOWING the information was false and harmful. He prioritized ENGAGEMENT over FACTS Courts are there as a LAST RESORT, and they stick to FACTS. Defamation involves “the act of communicating FALSE statements,” and that's exactly what's happening here. Now the YouTuber is portraying himself as the victim asking others to pay his legal fees, so I guess we'll go forward with a FAIR trial based on FACTS—not fiction. Some people compare this YouTuber to a journalist, and this is a very unfair characterization. Journalists VERIFY sources. They delete and correct stories that contain even the SLIGHTEST bit of incorrect information. That's something the YouTuber has not done. Here are 3 quick examples of false information posted by this YouTuber and never corrected: 1) The YouTuber claimed I got a 17-year-old to invest in a project called Bitclout/DeSo. This is COMPLETELY FALSE as I never even knew this person. The fact was that I actually PERSONALLY INVESTED in that creator, who then PUBLICLY rug-pulled me (i.e. scammed me), and when I found out his age, I decided NOT to sue him. So yeh, the fact that is easily PUBLICLY VERIFIABLE is that I WAS THE ONE WHO GOT SCAMMED! 2) The YouTuber claimed I pumped and dumped tokens, and he provided so-called "examples." The fact is that these were investments, and we sold almost NONE of them as our tokens were locked, and there isn’t even ONE example of a project we pumped and dumped. Even the ones we sold (which any investor does), they were very small amounts and had a negligible impact on the token price. We have dozens of transaction hashes which we’ve made public as EVIDENCE confirming this (see document below). The YouTuber included no evidence, as NO EVIDENCE EXISTED to back his claim. 3) The YouTuber uses two clients as examples of my company not delivering satisfactory services while profiting. Both examples were FALSE: One client we made ZERO profits from (actually lost money), and the other is a happy client working with us to this day, and hasn’t paid us any money yet. The list goes on. I have a document—dozens of pages—with substantial evidence refuting every claim made by this YouTuber, and have included it below for anyone who cares about FACTS to understand both sides of this story. My wallets and transaction IDs, as well as client lists, are in that document, and also leaked by the YouTuber. I urge any chain analyst to review the evidence and determine whether the claims by the YouTuber are even REMOTELY ACCURATE. Soon, I will also begin to gradually post evidence demonstrating coordinated attacks and planned lies by an individual who’s been framing me for the past 12 months. There’s nothing worse than ‘trial by social media’, where facts don’t matter and dramatized narratives get engagement. Unfortunately for Spacey, he has lost so much already, and his reputation has been BADLY DAMAGED. He was popular A-lister who, at the time when the allegations were made, stared on the Netflix show 'House of Cards'. He was dropped because of these now-false allegations. You might not trust the legal system, but it’s there for a reason, it takes months to conclude a trial in order to go through all the evidence, unlike tweets and social media posts that are written within hours. While sexual abuse is a serious problem, and anyone who’s been abused deserves justice, I am getting increasingly concerned of social media increasingly acting as the ‘people’s court’. 🚨ZELENSKY ALLEGEDLY HAD KNOWLEDGE OF BIDENS’ WRONGDOINGS | USING THIS INFO AS LEVERAGE? Zelensky allegedly holds proof in the Biden bribery scandal. The meeting between Hunter Biden and Burisma, outlined in the FBI's FD-1023 form, was attended by a top associate of Zelensky. Peter Schweizer, who wrote the best-seller "Secret Empires" on the Biden family's alleged crimes, suggests that Zelensky may be using this information as leverage over the Biden administration for weapons and billions in aide. Schweizer said, "If you look at that 1023 form that the FBI released, and if that document is true... one of the people who was at those meetings, and heard the conversations about bribing the Bidens, worked for President Zelensky." "Who really wants to believe that if that meeting took place and that document is accurate, that the individual did not go and report to President Zelensky what he heard?" Additional eye witness testimonies are set to be heard by the Congress' Oversight Committee. According to Hunter Biden's friend, Archer, Hunter would include Joe Biden, who was then the Vice President, on speakerphone during meetings with his overseas business partners. Archer, who is facing a $60 million bond fraud custodial sentence, is expected to testify that Joe Biden attended at least 24 meetings, either in person or via a call, where Hunter Biden would negotiate deals with foreign business partners or potential investors. Archer's testimony will support previous confidential informant evidence from the FBI regarding the Bidens' involvement with Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company. He will recount that on the evening of December 4, 2015, Hunter Biden called his father at the request of a senior executive of Burisma, who urgently wanted to speak with Joe Biden. Hunter introduced the Ukrainians to Joe Biden and informed him that the Burisma executives "needed their support." Three days after the call, Joe Biden flew to Ukraine for official US state matters. BIDEN AND THE AID BARGAIN Ukraine's Prosecutor General, Viktor Shokin, was investigating Burisma for corruption. However, sometime in 2016, while the investigation was ongoing, Shokin was fired. It is alleged that Joe Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion of US aid to Ukraine if they did not dismiss Shokin. Biden stated to the Council on Foreign Relations, "I looked at them and said, 'I'm leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money.' Well, son of a bitch. It will also probably be the wallet for your Crypto. When Musk says everything, we can expect EVERYTHING, even the crazy shit! AI also get integrated I imagine X will become our single ‘profile’ that will sync with all the smart devices in our home. X will tell you when you’re out of food and order for you, you’ll speak to it and it will transcribe your tweet in real time, you tell it where you want to go and it will direct your car to drive you there. They want to go west: 'Let's go on a trip to Warsaw and Rzeszow.’” Such an attack would likely trigger NATO Article 5, which states that an attack on one member of NATO is considered an attack on all members. meaning that all NATO members would be obligated to come to Poland's defense. According to Lukashenko, Wagner hold a grudge against the Polish city of Rzeszow as it supplied Ukrainian forces with the military hardware they used in Bakhmut. Lukashenka claims to keep Wagner in the centre of Belarus to ensure they focus on the task of training the Belarus army and avoid any clashes with Poland. Western intelligence has shown a huge build up of Wagner bases near the Polish border as joint military exercises were announced on Thursday.
