BREAKING: Key Witness In Trump Case FLIPPED A Trump employee who monitored security cameras at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate abruptly retracted his earlier grand jury testimony. The witness now implicates Trump and others in obstruction of justice. This happened just the witness switched from an attorney paid for by a Trump political action committee to a lawyer from the federal defender’s office in Washington. The aide, Yuscil Taveras (described as “Trump Employee 4” in public court filings), initially testified to a grand jury that he was unaware of any effort to erase the videos. However, after getting the new attorney, “immediately … retracted his prior false testimony” and detailed the alleged effort to tamper with evidence related to the investigation of the handling of classified information stored at Trump’s Florida home, the new submission said. The prosecutor’s filing document states: “When Trump Employee 4 testified before the grand jury in the District of Columbia in March 2023, he repeatedly denied or claimed not to recall any contacts or conversations about the security footage at Mar-a-Lago. In testimony before the same grand jury, De Oliveira likewise denied any contact with Trump Employee 4 regarding security footage. The Government’s evidence indicated that the testimony by Trump Employee 4 and De Oliveira was false. Immediately after receiving new counsel, Trump Employee 4 retracted his prior false testimony and provided information that implicated Nauta, De Oliveira, and Trump in efforts to delete security camera footage.” Was this witness influenced by Trump's lawyer, or is he now being influenced by the new lawyer from the federal defender’s office?

Given the mixed messages on mask effectiveness before, will the public buy into this mandate again? Remember, Dr. Fauci lied about masks: In 2020, he said masks were 'not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is.' He later said that people should wear masks as a mark of 'respect' for others. He then admitted lying to the public about masks' effectiveness! How far will these measures go? Treatment 3. Denial. The policy is clear-cut. It bans content that goes against what health authorities or the World Health Organization say. WHAT IS CENSORED: 1. Prevention Misinformation: This involves false claims about unapproved substances or surefire prevention methods for COVID-19, and things that go against official vaccine guidance. 2. Transmission Misinformation: Stuff like claiming that COVID-19 comes from 5G networks or saying it's not contagious in certain areas. 3. Treatment Misinformation: This includes promoting substances that health authorities haven't approved or guaranteeing cures for serious diseases like cancer. 4. Denial Misinformation: Claims like denying that COVID-19 exists or that people haven't died from it. Break these rules, and the consequences are no joke: • Your content might be taken down. • Strikes could be issued against your channel, leading to its termination if you get three strikes within 90 days. • Links that are deemed unsafe might be removed. •Repeated or severe violations may result in your channel or account termination. MY THOUGHTS: This is tricky. I’m a proponent of Free Speech and vehemently oppose centralized censorship BUT… There are times where censorship is NECESSARY. Obvious examples include child pornography and gory content. The question is: Should things like 5G networks causing COVID or someone selling a cure for cancer be allowed? My gut reaction is NO, this content is simply false, dumb, and in many cases, harmful. However, WHO decides what to censor? How do we prevent them from abusing their censorship powers? For example, The Covid Lab Leak Theory was considered a conspiracy, and was censored along with 'Covid being caused by 5G.' See where things can get murky? So, I go back to my original position: Misinformation should NOT be censored by centralized entities, and a decentralized solution is an imperfect alternative that prevents centralized entities from abusing their censorship powers. With the current system, if you block someone, not only can they not DM you or comment on your posts, but they can't even see your posts. This makes no sense, as it forces people to create a second anonymous account to see certain people's posts, making the current block feature almost useless. I think X will keep the current BLOCK option with the same features, but will allow the 'blocked' person to still see your posts. I rarely block anyone, unless they resort to threats or harassment.
