BREAKING: Key Witness In Trump Case FLIPPED A Trump employee who monitored security cameras at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate abruptly retracted his earlier grand jury testimony. The witness now implicates Trump and others in obstruction of justice. This happened just the witness switched from an attorney paid for by a Trump political action committee to a lawyer from the federal defender’s office in Washington. The aide, Yuscil Taveras (described as “Trump Employee 4” in public court filings), initially testified to a grand jury that he was unaware of any effort to erase the videos. However, after getting the new attorney, “immediately … retracted his prior false testimony” and detailed the alleged effort to tamper with evidence related to the investigation of the handling of classified information stored at Trump’s Florida home, the new submission said. The prosecutor’s filing document states: “When Trump Employee 4 testified before the grand jury in the District of Columbia in March 2023, he repeatedly denied or claimed not to recall any contacts or conversations about the security footage at Mar-a-Lago. In testimony before the same grand jury, De Oliveira likewise denied any contact with Trump Employee 4 regarding security footage. The Government’s evidence indicated that the testimony by Trump Employee 4 and De Oliveira was false. Immediately after receiving new counsel, Trump Employee 4 retracted his prior false testimony and provided information that implicated Nauta, De Oliveira, and Trump in efforts to delete security camera footage.” Was this witness influenced by Trump's lawyer, or is he now being influenced by the new lawyer from the federal defender’s office?

MASK MANDATES & SOCIAL DISTANCING RETURN | Would You Comply? Buckle up! It's been almost 2 years since the Pandemic, and mask mandates are making a return! A college in Atlanta has mandated masks for students and staff, along with social distancing. They've even offered recommendations on 'ways to improve masked communication' Lionsgate’s California offices are also mandating masks and conducting contact tracing: “Employees must wear a medical grade face covering (surgical mask, KN95 or N95) when indoors except when alone in an office with the door closed, actively eating, actively drinking at their desk or workstation, or if they are the only individual present in a large open workspace.” NBC, in a news reports 3 days ago, expressed concerns on the uptick in Covid cases: "Covid cases are once again on the rise, so when will new booster shots roll out?" Why don't we have a new Booster today?" Despite it being summer, experts are calling for face coverings to be compulsory in all healthcare facilities. Given the mixed messages on mask effectiveness before, will the public buy into this mandate again? Remember, Dr. Fauci lied about masks: In 2020, he said masks were 'not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is.' He later said that people should wear masks as a mark of 'respect' for others. He then admitted lying to the public about masks' effectiveness! How far will these measures go? What will the consequences be for those who don't comply? WILL YOU COMPLY?

After being silent for months, it's time I finally exposed the TRUTH. This video shows how easy it is for anyone to fabricate a narrative and build an audience, and the damage it causes to the person on the receiving end. But the truth will always prevail.

RISING CENSORSHIP ON YOUTUBE | SEVERE CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATORS YouTube has rolled out a new set of guidelines focused on what they call "medical misinformation", which include: 1. Prevention 2. Treatment 3. Denial. The policy is clear-cut. It bans content that goes against what health authorities or the World Health Organization say. WHAT IS CENSORED: 1. Prevention Misinformation: This involves false claims about unapproved substances or surefire prevention methods for COVID-19, and things that go against official vaccine guidance. 2. Transmission Misinformation: Stuff like claiming that COVID-19 comes from 5G networks or saying it's not contagious in certain areas. 3. Treatment Misinformation: This includes promoting substances that health authorities haven't approved or guaranteeing cures for serious diseases like cancer. 4. Denial Misinformation: Claims like denying that COVID-19 exists or that people haven't died from it. Break these rules, and the consequences are no joke: • Your content might be taken down. • Strikes could be issued against your channel, leading to its termination if you get three strikes within 90 days. • Links that are deemed unsafe might be removed. •Repeated or severe violations may result in your channel or account termination. MY THOUGHTS: This is tricky. I’m a proponent of Free Speech and vehemently oppose centralized censorship BUT… There are times where censorship is NECESSARY. Obvious examples include child pornography and gory content. The question is: Should things like 5G networks causing COVID or someone selling a cure for cancer be allowed? My gut reaction is NO, this content is simply false, dumb, and in many cases, harmful. However, WHO decides what to censor? How do we prevent them from abusing their censorship powers? For example, The Covid Lab Leak Theory was considered a conspiracy, and was censored along with 'Covid being caused by 5G.' See where things can get murky? So, I go back to my original position: Misinformation should NOT be censored by centralized entities, and a decentralized solution is an imperfect alternative that prevents centralized entities from abusing their censorship powers. DO YOU AGREE? Or should misinformation and disinformation also be censored? And what are your thoughts on Community Notes as a solution?

ROUND UP ON 𝕏: TICKETED SPACES, BLOCK FUNCTION, REVENUE SHARE | FULL BREAKDOWN Exciting news is buzzing around 𝕏/Twitter, and it's creating quite a stir! Read this to learn about these groundbreaking developments and what they mean for YOU! COMING SOON: TICKETED SPACES Twitter initially launched ticketed Spaces in 2021, allowing hosts to monetize their audience, then discontinued it a year later. This feature included: 1) Ticket price options from $1 to $999 2) A capacity for 5 to 100 attendees 3) Invitations through push notifications and timeline links. BLOCKING FEATURE REVAMP @elonmusk surprised everyone yesterday by saying he's removing the blocking feature, but he did assure that muting and blocking DMs will stay. It's not a simple fix though, thanks to Android and Apple rules about needing a block function in social media apps. Later, 𝕏's CEO, Linda Yaccarino, tweeted that they're working on something even better than the current block and mute buttons. AUGUST REVENUE SHARING DISTRIBUTIONS 𝕏 continues to pay creators monthly, providing users a financial incentive to garner engagement. However, while most are satisfied with this development, many have expressed discontent: Satisfied 𝕏 users: Many users were elated to find substantial payouts in their accounts yesterday, expressing their gratitude for the August disbursements. Notable recipients include @ianmiles, @cb_doge, and @stclairashley. Dissatisfied 𝕏 users: On the flip side, some are dissatisfied due to what they perceive as a lack of transparency. Despite their content amassing millions of impressions, their payouts remained confined to two-digit figures. These creators have drawn attention to the disparity between their modest earnings and the considerably larger sums amassed by certain content creators, despite having significantly fewer impressions. Their concern centers around the need for more clarity. Join the weekly X TOWN HALL tonight to breakdown and further discuss recent developments THOUGHTS ON THESE NEW DEVELOPMENTS?

Flashback to the FTX space marathons. Did you know the first thing Elon ever said on our space was ‘Doge to the moon’? 😂 Who remembers those crazy days?

UPDATE: MUSK GETS COMMUNITY NOTED ON REMOVAL OF BLOCK FEATURE As a testament to 𝕏's Free Speech commitment even @elonmusk has had his post about removing the block feature fact checked and corrected by Community Notes. The community note has links to Android and Apple developer guidance that categorically require a user blocking features to be included in any 'user content' app. Will Musk stand down or will he take 𝕏 off the default app stores and offer the feature via direct download?

BREAKING: TRUMP TO SNUB GOP DEBATE Donald Trump intends to overshadow the initial Republican primary debate on Wednesday by participating in an online interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson instead. Thoughts?

BREAKING: Elon says X/Twitter will remove the ability for anyone to block accounts. With the current system, if you block someone, not only can they not DM you or comment on your posts, but they can't even see your posts. This makes no sense, as it forces people to create a second anonymous account to see certain people's posts, making the current block feature almost useless. I think X will keep the current BLOCK option with the same features, but will allow the 'blocked' person to still see your posts. I rarely block anyone, unless they resort to threats or harassment. I don't mind them seeing my content, as long as they are restricted from harrassing with their engagement. Do you agree? P.S. Elon did not block me

BREAKING: DESANTIS PLAYBOOK EXPOSED! Ron DeSantis' debate strategy has been revealed by his allies! The strategy is clear: 1. Defend Trump's legacy 2. Target Biden's policies 3. ‘Hammer' rivals like Vivek Ramaswamy head-on. Could this strategy turn things around for DeSantis, who’s been losing ground rapidly in the polls? Can DeSantis revive his presidential bid with a debate?
