EXPOSED: ADL’S HISTORY OF GETTING SUED & NEVER ADMITTING WRONGDOING Elon will likely file a lawsuit against the ADL “to clear our platform’s name on the matter of anti-Semitism.” The ADL isn't a stranger to the courtroom, and their track record is concerning: 1. ADL v. Civil Rights Groups In 1993, the ADL was sued by civil rights groups representing Arab Americans and African Americans for allegedly hiring agents to gather secret information on them. They reached a settlement to pay $175,000 toward the plaintiffs’ legal fees and to establish a $25,000 community relations fund for programs to facilitate improved relations between and among Arab American, Jewish, African American, and other minority communities in the US. RESULT: The ADL did not admit wrongdoing but agreed to a restraining injunction barring ADL from obtaining information from state employees, which is forbidden by law to disclose. 2. William Quigley and Anne Quigley v. Rosenthal This was their last true loss. In 2000 when a judge in Colorado fined the ADL $10.5 million in a defamation suit. William and Anne Quigley were accused of anti-Semitic behavior by their neighbors, Mitchell and Candice Aronson. The Aronsons recorded the Quigleys' conversations without their consent and gave the recordings to the ADL, which then publicly accused the Quigleys of hate crimes. In response, the Quigleys sued the ADL and its regional director, Saul Rosenthal, for defamation. In 2000, a Denver jury ruled in favor of the Quigleys, finding that the ADL had defamed them. The ADL appealed the verdict, but the appeals court upheld the ruling. RESULT: The ADL eventually paid the $10.5 million fine plus interest in 2004 but never admitted any wrongdoing. This was a major setback for the ADL. MY THOUGHTS: As you can see in both examples above, the ADL DID NOT ADMIT WRONGDOING, despite paying hefty sums of money and having to face penalties such as a restraining injunction. How can the ADL never admit guilt? Also, should other social media platforms join @ElonMusk’s lawsuit? Remember that Zuckerberg was HEAVILY pressured by the ADL in 2021, also losing substantial amounts of money before caving!

BREAKING: CHINESE USE FAKE A.I ACCOUNTS FOR ELECTION INTERFERENCE Here's what we know from Microsoft researchers: 1. Chinese hackers used generative A.I technology to "mimic U.S. voters.” 2. Fake accounts posed as Americans, used U.S. locations and political slogans 3. One example depicts the Statue of Liberty holding an assault rifle with the caption: "Everything is being thrown away. THE GODDESS OF VIOLENCE." 4. Attack resembles China's Ministry of Public Security, but the Chinese embassy refuted the claims. 5. Facebook and 𝕏/Twitter were among the platforms impacted 6. The discovery raises concerns about foreign interference ahead of the 2024 U.S. presidential election. This news comes hours after Microsoft admitted Chinese hackers hacked their engineer’s data, and used that to access a U.S official’s emails. A few weeks ago, I also reported on Chinese cyber attacks on U.S infrastructure, as well as a web of fake accounts by the Chinese to spread misinformation, uncovered by Meta. Is China attacking the 2024 elections?

BREAKING: NEW LAWSUIT TO PREVENT TRUMP FROM RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT A lawsuit has been filed to remove Trump from the Colorado primary ballot, preventing him from running for Presidency. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment disqualifies individuals from future public office if they've engaged in insurrection or aided enemies while in a prior office. The case, cited by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, alleges Trump “engaged in insurrection” or provided “aid or comfort to the enemies”. If this passes through, Congress will need to vote with two third majority to allow Trump to continue running for President. Will Trump be barred from running for President?

BARACK OBAMA'S BOYFRIEND: OBAMA IS GAY? Larry Sinclair, a man interviewed by Tucker Carlson, claimed in 2008 that Obama took drugs and had an affair with a choir director who was later murdered. In his interview with Tucker Carlson, Sinclair claims he had sexual relations with Obama. It's important to note that Sinclair also had a lengthy criminal history, including convictions on forgery, fraud, and larceny charges, and has served prison time. In Tucker's clip, Sinclair said: “I had given Barack $250 to pay for cocaine, next thing I know, he's [Obama] got a little pipe, and he's smoking it. So I just started rubbing my hand along his thighs to see where it was going, and it went the direction I had intended it to go. It definitely wasn't Barack's first time.” He is insinuating that Obama has had relations with him and with other men. I don't believe those claims, and I don't really care either. Why does this all matter? Who cares if Obama, or ANY politician, is straight, gay, or bi? Obama was the President. We should be debating his policies and his legacy. If OBAMA was straight, would we have pulled out of Afghanistan earlier? If TRUMP didn’t sleep with hookers, would Covid vaccines be better? If BIDEN'S son wasn’t a crackhead, would the war in Ukraine have ended? If BILL CLINTON didn’t have sexual intercourse in the White House, would there not have been a war in Kosovo? Would you care if your President was Gay?

🚨 BREAKING: HUNTER BIDEN TO BE INDICTED ON GUN-RELATED CHARGES The DOJ announced that Special Counsel David Weiss is set to pursue an indictment against Hunter Biden on gun-related charges. Hunter Biden had initially entered into a deal involving a gun possession charge, which, if adhered to, would have shielded him from prosecution over a 24-month period. However, the plea deal unraveled in court, and the fate of this arrangement has remained uncertain. According to the Speedy Trial Act, the Government must secure a grand jury indictment by September 29th at the earliest. The special counsel's office is pushing to meet this deadline, aiming to bring formal charges against Hunter Biden. In response, Biden's legal team is expected to submit their own filing by the end of the day, setting the stage for what could be a significant legal battle ahead. How do you think this will this play out for the Biden family?

BREAKING: DEBUNKING THE LIES IN ADL'S RESPONSE TO ELON ADL's CEO broke his silence on 𝕏 and Elon by lying and trapping the host: 1) He claimed that Elon brought and amplified anti-semitism and hate speech back to the platform. This is NOT TRUE. The 𝕏 Safety team shared that an independent assessment by Sprinklr found that hate speech impressions on 𝕏 “to be 0.003% compared to Twitter’s estimate of 0.012%.” 2) Greenblatt clarified that he has never claimed Elon or 𝕏 are anti-Semitic: “I don’t think Twitter as a platform is anti-Semitic.” 3) When Greenblatt was asked by the host (who also identified as Jewish) if he was seeking a position or donation from 𝕏 to the ADL, he took offense to this, called it an anti-semetic trope, almost as if he was trying to cancel him, leaving the host uncomfortable and defensive. 4) Greenblatt claimed ADL is NOT publicly or privately talking to advertisers, BUT shortly after, said, “It is true we did call for a pause back in November, after the acquisition and since then” and in a previous interview he stated “if it remains a hellscape the advertisers won't take part in [Twitter]” 5) Greenblatt said the ADL is a SMALL non-profit in NY. NOT TRUE. The ADL is an influential organization with over 100 years of history, and according to the ADL's 2021 tax filings, the organization's total revenue was $101 million with a balance sheet of $238 million. They ALSO received millions of dollars of indirect government funding via grants to groups in which the ADL has special interests. 6) Greenblatt says the ADL works WITH other social media platforms, including Facebook. We saw in the Politico article that @elonmusk posted that the ADL indirectly CONTROLS what can be posted on Facebook. 7) Greenblatt claimed he doesn't know what prompted Elon's tweets, but Elon was clear it was prompted by the 60% drop in advertising from the ADL’s interference, which Greenblatt admitted in the video. Doesn’t seem like the meeting with X CEO Linda Yaccarino went as well as Greenblatt is making it out to be.

ELON VS ADL: THE FIGHT FACEBOOK FAILED TO WIN Last night, Elon announced he will file a lawsuit against the ADL. Will he win, or will the ADL keep sucking advertisers from 𝕏 as they did with Facebook? ADL's strategy to try to kill 𝕏 is similar to what they did to Facebook years ago. Here's the sneaky yet effective strategy: The ADL published the ‘Online Hate and Harassment: The American Experience 2023’ which “documented a spike in antisemitism following [Musk’s] takeover [of Twitter] in October and has found many of the reinstated accounts spread antisemitism or incite their followers to harassment.” They used this as grounds to pressure advertisers to pull out from Twitter, or cut their marketing budgets to strangle the company's liquidity. LIES EXPOSED: This could not be further from the truth. 22 days after Twitter’s acquisition, Elon announced a new Twitter where “Negative/hate tweets will be deboosted & demonetized.” On November 23rd, the team reported that “Hate speech impressions down by 1/3 from pre-spike levels” and on Dec 2nd, shared that hate speech “continue[d] to decline, despite significant user growth!” He attributed this drop to the acquisition of Community Notes. The 𝕏 Safety team continues to combat hate speech. In March, they partnered with Sprinklr for an independent assessment of hate speech on Twitter, which found that “More than 99% of content users and advertisers see on Twitter is healthy,” and they estimated social media hate speech impressions “to be 0.003% compared to Twitter’s estimate of 0.012%.” ADL ATTACKS CONTINUED: Despite all this, based on Elon’s recent post, the ADL has not backed down: “ADL has tried very hard to strangle 𝕏 /Twitter.” @ElonMusk even offered to do "a giant data dump would clear the air." He revealed in a post on 𝕏 that the ADL has hurt 𝕏’s US advertising revenue (down 60%) and valuation. “Based on what we’ve heard from advertisers, ADL seems to be responsible for most of our revenue loss. They would potentially be on the hook for destroying half the value of the company, so roughly $22 billion." If true, the impact of ADL on 𝕏 cannot be understated. Following the post where Elon declared he was filing the lawsuit, he proceeded to post articles authored by Jewish writers regarding defamation and the ADL’s overreach. He also cited an article mentioning that “Facebook caved to far left pressure groups and now allows them to silently dictate policy in exchange for ad money.” Elon and 𝕏 have gone further than anyone in confronting the ADL and the centralization of censorship powers. If they fail, the repercussions for social media, and our world as a whole, could be detrimental. Will Elon Musk be able to take on the ADL and WIN?

🚨 BREAKING: PROUD BOYS LEADER SENTENCED TO 22 YEARS | BLAMES TRUMP FOR JAN 6 Enrique Tarrio has been sentenced to 22 years in jail for directing "a force of nearly 200 to attack the heart of our democracy,” however Tarrio was NOT in the Capital himself. Prosecutors wanted Tarrio sentenced to 33 years for seditious conspiracy. Tarrio was arrested on Jan 4th, two days before the capitol riots, on charges of burning a BLM flag during a previous protest. He was released on bail but barred from entering Washington DC. The prosecutor labelled Jan 6 as "a calculated act of terrorism" and Tarrio "was the ultimate leader of the conspiracy." The judged referred to Tarrio's quote on Jan 6: "Make no mistake... we did this!" Tarrio's mother asked the judge to look "beyond politics and beyond the media." Tarrio's defense attorneys placed the blame of Jan 6 solely on Trump, referencing his “fight like hell” speech. Was the sentence too harsh?

🚨THE ADL IS KILLING 𝕏 The ADL is pressuring 𝕏 into extreme levels of censorship and influencing sponsors to abandon the platform! Elon stated the “ADL has tried very hard to strangle 𝕏/Twitter." Tucker Carlson also criticized the ADL for trying to get advertisers to boycott him: "Oh, f— them... it’s operated by a guy who’s… just an apparatchik of the Democratic Party." The situation escalated this morning when @elonmusk shared that “the ADL has been trying to kill this platform by falsely accusing it & me of being anti-Semitic." He said they have been "so aggressive in their demands to ban social media accounts for even minor infractions.” Elon rightly points out that the ADL “are ironically the biggest generators of anti-Semitism on this platform” as their extreme censorship inadvertently causes people to become anti-Semitic. Elon shared that X’s “US advertising revenue is still down 60%, primarily due to pressure on advertisers by ADL (that's what advertisers tell us), so they almost succeeded in killing 𝕏/Twitter!" Until Elon can address the ADL problem, 𝕏 is fighting an uphill battle. This past weekend, the #BanTheADL hashtag has been trending on X as people want the taxpayer-funded non-profit organization defunded or shut down. MY THOUGHTS: The ADL’s mission is honorable and necessary: Countering anti-Semitism and other forms of bigotry. Even Tukcer previously said that "the ADL was such a noble organization that had a very specific goal, which was to fight anti-Semitism. That’s a virtuous goal" However, with great powers comes great responsibility, and the ADL is a perfect example of why CENTRALIZED CENSORSHIP is one of my biggest concerns. We taxpayers fund the ADL, and we must act. We cannot expect Elon or anyone to alone fight centralized censorship, and 𝕏 is the last major social media platform that supports Free Speech. Why does the ADL get special privileges to censor? Why can’t they simply use or be part of Community Notes?

🚨BIDEN AND THE DOJ TARGET ELON MUSK Remember when Biden didn’t invite Elon or mention Tesla at the White House Electric Vehicle Summit? Well... Now X, Tesla and SpaceX are ALL being investigated/sued by the Biden administration! 1. TESLA: The DOJ and the SEC this week claimed Musk used millions of dollars from Tesla to secretly build himself a ‘spacious glass structure’, labelled as 'House for CEO Elon Musk' Fox’s Jesse Waters described these investigations as having “less to do about glass houses and more to do with Biden exacting revenge on Musk for buying Twitter” Elon replied to Jesse: “This is one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard. Where is this house!? Metaphors don’t count!” 2. X/TWITTER: X got in trouble with the Biden Administration after refusing to hand over to prosecutors Trump’s personal Twitter data and information. The information included: - Trump’s use of the account, - Whether others had access to it - Whether he might have written draft tweets that he left unposted. Twitter initially resisted complying with the search warrant, arguing that the order violated Trump’s constitutional right of free speech, resulting in a federal judge holding the company in contempt and fining it $350,000. 3. SPACEX: It doesn’t stop there… This week, the DOJ sued SpaceX for discriminating against refugees in the company’s hiring process. They claim the company discourage refugees from applying for positions, giving their applications unfair consideration, and refusing to hire them even if they were deemed qualified applicants. Is Elon being targeted for political reasons? Or is this more about Twitter/X defending Free Speech?
