MY THOUGHTS: Israel has decided to 'eliminate' Hamas, and the world seems to have given their greenlight, or at least accepted this fate. The ball is now in Iran's court on how to respond. IF Iran does respond, it will be through their ally/proxy Hezbollah. This will almost certainly drag the U.S and expand the war into a wider regional conflict. Although unlikely, this is still a very possible scenario that the U.S and Israel are preparing for. 🚨BREAKING: Hezbollah Has NOT Entered The War | However Things ARE Escalating With all the false reports claiming Hezbollah has joined the war, this is FALSE. What we're seeing now is small skirmishes on the border, either symbolic in nature, or a warning to Israel. Hezbollah spokeswoman, Rana Sahili, made this clear earlier today: Sunday’s increase in the intensity of the exchanges doesn’t indicate Hezbollah has decided to fully enter into the Hamas-Israel war. The fighting on the border is “only skirmishes” and represents a “warning.” Former Israeli Defense Minister, Yitzhak Mordechai, reaffirmed this point by saying: "Hezbollah has an interest in diverting attention" If Hezbollah does enter, it will be through a sudden, unexpected barrage of missiles towards Israel, beyond the border region. Although unlikely, this is still a very possible scenario, and it will signal a VERY serious escalation in the war, likely involving the U.S, and dragging Lebanon into the war. Hezbollah's involvement also increases the risk, which is currently still low, of Iran getting directly involved. However, one should be concerned as things continue to escalate. A few minutes ago, we got reports from the Israeli Army that militants, likely Hezbollah, shot down cameras installed on the border fence with Lebanon. This is concerning, as it could indicate plans to enter Israel. Skirmishes are expected. What we're looking for is small subtle indicators that Hezbollah could be planning to join the war. Be careful though, in the fog of war, everyone is on edge. Some people take advantage of the situation by publishing misinformation, either to advance their agenda, or to gain clout.
