Ben-Gvir: “The decision of the antisemitic court in The Hague proves what was already known: This court does not seek justice, but rather the persecution of Jewish people. 🇮🇱🇵🇸WILL THE ICJ RULING AGAINST ISRAEL REALLY MATTER? Today's ICJ ruling against Israel over actions in Gaza raises a critical question of enforceability. The ICJ's order for Israel to prevent potential acts of genocide in Gaza is significant yet not directly enforceable. Past ICJ rulings against Russia, like in Crimea, saw extremely limited compliance due to Russia's self-reliance in its war efforts. The effectiveness of the ICJ's decisions hinges exclusively on international pressure and political alliances. Will Western influence and Israel's dependency make a difference this time?
