🇬🇧🇪🇺 Brussels is DEMANDING the UK accept EU court oversight and pay a fee, in exchange for help tackling the Channel migrant crisis.
The UK wants access to EU databases tracking illegal migrants and crime suspects, which it lost after Brexit.
But the EU is insisting that the European Court of Justice oversee Britain's use of that data.
PM Burnham hopes to negotiate an agreement at next month's UK-EU summit, following Brussels' rejection of an earlier British request.
Critics from the opposition warn that the deal could come at the expense of British sovereignty.
The question now is whether Britain will accept EU judicial oversight to regain access to the intelligence it needs to tackle illegal migration.

@MarioNawfal If the intelligence was worth anything the illegal migrants would not be in Europe in the first place as they would have been able to prevent them.
