Saudi output fell from 10 million barrels a day to under 7 million for six months, a $50 billion hole. Kuwait exported zero crude in April, a first since 1991. The UAE's attacks stopped in May, right after $3 billion in frozen Iranian funds were released, which Abu Dhabi denies and a senior Iranian official confirmed.
