🚨🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran's state broadcaster claims Washington asked permission to bomb Pickaxe Mountain as a "symbolic strike" with no retaliation, and Tehran said NO IRIB's correspondent says the request came through back channels and was rejected, adding that Iran's forces are "in a state of complete readiness" and that Trump's statements "point to war within the next 24 hours." No US outlet has confirmed any such offer, and this is a single state-media reporter, so weigh it accordingly. CNN reported Thursday that the Pentagon's strike package includes the MOAB against Pickaxe, that planners admit it can't reach the granite, and that officials call it a "fireworks show" to give Trump an off-ramp. Trump then told Newsmax, "We'll take a shot at that one. We'll knock it out fast." A strike designed to look like an ending works best if the other side agrees not to answer, which is exactly what IRIB says Washington asked for. If the claim is true, the US just tried to negotiate the terms of its own victory and got refused. The more likely explanation: it's propaganda mean to make America look like it's asking for a photo op. Source: IRIB (Iran state broadcaster) / Writer: Daniel

🇮🇱 🇮🇷 One tactical nuke on Iran could spiral into a full nuclear exchange... and the people floating the idea are dead serious. Lawrence Wilkerson, Colin Powell’s former chief of staff, says the talk of tactical nuclear signaling toward Iran is no bluff, and the people behind it have no idea what they’d set loose: “Once it’s opened, then it’ll be Katie, bar the door. We’ll start ratcheting up and doing more and more and more until we’re into a general nuclear exchange. And that’s hell for the whole human race, probably.” Trump has already ruled out going nuclear on Iran, and that door needs to stay shut.

🇮🇷🇾🇪 IRGC officers are on Yemen's front lines picking targets for the Houthis... The Journal's sources in Saudi and Yemeni intelligence lay out the chain. In July, Iran sent two Mahan Air flights to Sanaa to carry Houthi officials to Khamenei's funeral. The cargo holds carried IRGC paramilitary officers, drone parts, missile guidance systems and impact detonators. The Saudis found out, bombed Sanaa's runway to stop the second flight, and the four-year truce was over. What followed was a different Houthi army: fiber-optic drones, coordinated missile and infantry assaults, radars and launchers placed along Bab al-Mandeb with Guard officers helping, and a September offensive that took Mocha before the Saudi-backed side knew it had started. IRGC advisers are assigned to every piece of the Houthi machine, drones, missiles, tunnels, logistics, and were directing strikes from the front. Iran says it "does not interfere in Yemeni affairs" and offered to mediate again Friday. CENTCOM says the IRGC is so broke its proxies are skimming their own payroll. Both can be true, because Tehran isn't paying for Riyadh's airport to burn, it's steering the missile. That's the cheapest leverage Iran has left, and it's the reason the Houthis are fighting a smarter war than the Saudis expected. Source: Wall Street Journal / Writer: Daniel

🚨🇺🇸 Katie Zacharia was mid-interview telling the Journal her plans for the job when an aide knocked and said the VP Vance wanted a word... she never came back! The Journal was sitting in her West Wing office at 1 p.m. Friday, as she insisted "there are no staffing changes that are happening." Then Jason Miller knocked, she walked out to see Vance, and Trump walked to the helipad to tell reporters he'd asked her, "Is this for you, Katie?" Less than an hour later she was out. The backstory is a setup NOBODY survives. She learned she'd be giving her first briefing just before Trump posted it, got her binder the morning of, read from notes, and had slept three hours after a Hannity grilling and her son's birthday. One former official described her as an overwhelmed substitute teacher... Trump told aides she wasn't talented. She never passed the bar, which she'd never acknowledged while calling herself a lawyer. But she also walked into a White House three weeks from an election where the chief of staff hadn't been consulted on her hire and the president is privately souring on his own team. Honestly, she never stood a chance. Source: Wall Street Journal / Writer: Daniel

🇺🇸 Couple from HELL kept children in HOUSE OF HORRORS Nine children, some as young as ONE have been rescued. Jonathan Parr and Jacquelyn Coleman were arrested after authorities discovered children living in a filthy, bug-infested property, with at least four sleeping in a SHED. The alleged abuse includes having the children hold wall squats for HOURS, placing nails between their toes to stop them from moving, and starving them of food. Both adults face felony child endangerment charges, with bail set at $150,000 each. This is VILE! Lock them up! Writer: Sol t.co/zt7I5qc8rI

🇺🇸🇮🇷🇯🇵 The Iran war has reportedly pulled missile defense batteries out of Japan and South Korea and frozen arms deliveries to Japan and Taiwan Eight months of shooting interceptors at Iranian missiles has drained the shelf so far that, by this account, the Pentagon is stripping its Pacific allies to keep the Gulf covered, with the eastern flank of NATO thinned the same way. David Pyne, a former Missile Defense Agency employee, says he predicted on March 5 that this war would flip the global military balance against the United States, and he says that prediction has held up: “All those defenses are really badly depleted.” Thirteen to sixteen US bases are reportedly unusable, the blockade line sits 1,000 km off Iran, and every ally from Riyadh to Taipei now knows the same thing: the American umbrella is folded up until the factories catch up, and nobody has said when that is. @AmericaFirstCon @WeTheBrandon

🇺🇸🇮🇷 JD Vance says the U.S. has lost around 20 service members in the Iran war, and he's personally questioning whether the military objectives justify the human cost... He drew on his experience as a Marine in Iraq, where he witnessed the consequences of war and knew people who lost their lives or limbs. “You can't just go to war because it feels good. You can't go to war because you're angry or because you're frustrated.” Vance says he constantly weighs the costs, benefits, and sacrifices involved in military decisions, insisting that Trump shares his determination to avoid endless wars. He says the goal should always be to accomplish the mission and COME HOME. Source: @SeanSpicer / Writer: Sol

🚨🇺🇸🇷🇺Trump waives the Russia sanctions law named after Lindsey Graham, 28 days after signing it The order invokes the law's national-interest clause to suspend the sanctions on Russian officials, oligarchs and banks, the 500% tariff on Russian energy, and the 100% tariffs on the five biggest buyers of Russian oil. Trump signed the Graham Act on Sept. 18 and had until Saturday to enforce it or waive it. The tariffs now sit on the books but switched off, available whenever he wants them. Graham spent more than a year building this bill as his answer to Putin and died in July before it passed. A dozen senators, McConnell, Tillis, Collins, Murkowski and Cornyn among them, asked Trump Tuesday to kill the diesel deal and enforce it instead. Instead the diesel deal gets its legal cover. He revealed that he's confronted Tucker privately and publicly over his opposition to Trump's war, urging him to recognize the administration's other achievements. He also slammed Tucker's praise of Abdul El-Sayed as an “America First” candidate, questioning his positions on Iran and terrorism. 🇺🇸 🇮🇷 🇮🇱 Daily News Recap: Israel has allegedly drawn up target lists of Iran's civilian infrastructure... and that could take the endgame out of Trump's hands. Trump may want a clean finish, but once the bombs drop, Tehran and Tel Aviv each get a vote on how far this goes: "The Israelis have already drawn up extensive target sets, not of the nuclear sites, but of the Iranian civilian infrastructure, which they are classifying as military dual use." If Israel starts hitting Iran's civilian infrastructure, what stops Iran from doing the same across the Gulf? @WeTheBrandon

🚨🇮🇷🇺🇸 Britain's shipping watchdog says ships hit in Hormuz are refusing to report it, and traffic is still 70% below prewar levels UKMTO logged 12 attacks in its latest week, 10 inside the strait, with one ship lost and two left dead in the water. Then it admitted the number is wrong: most vessels that get hit aren't calling it in, and reports from other channels can't be verified. In three cases nobody even knows what happened to the ship. Owners have a reason to stay quiet. A reported attack means an insurance claim, a war-risk premium hike, and a vessel flagged in every broker's database, so captains take the hit and keep sailing. The number that cuts through both sides' claims is the 70%. CENTCOM says it controls the strait and Iran says it's closed, and UKMTO says it can't verify the American escort figures either. The truth sits in the traffic count: seven months in, seven out of ten ships that used to transit Hormuz still don't, and the ones that do are getting hit at a rate nobody can fully see. 🇺🇸 🇮🇷 Daily news recap: Brent crude just topped $110 for the first time since May... and the oil market is betting this war gets worse. The traders moving billions of dollars through oil markets see intelligence most people never will, and the price they're paying points to a long fight: "The market is saying that, hey, we expect this to continue and not just a 3 or 4 day strike, but we expect this to descend into the escalation trap." Nobody bids oil to $110 because they expect a quick weekend of airstrikes. @WeTheBrandon

They're just tailoring to what they have available in the arsenal, which of course is not how you wage a war." 🇺🇸🇮🇷 America may be down to just 55 THAAD interceptors on the PLANET... 55 is a number that should scare anyone with a family member on a Gulf base, because THAAD is the system that stops the ballistic missiles Iran has been firing, and there is no factory that can refill the shelf before the next round. Malcolm Nance, former Navy intelligence, says a former logistics commander’s count put the Patriot stockpile near 2,300 before the war and his own read is roughly 1,200 now, while the Saudis fire three interceptors per incoming missile and the Gulf allies are getting no replenishment at all: “The United States cannot buy, build or manifest these for love or money.” Knock out Kuwait’s main plants and no pipeline or truck convoy replaces the water, so the first refugee column of this war runs south down the Saudi highway, and the Pentagon’s next strike on Iran gets priced against an air defense shelf that is nearly bare. @MalcolmNance @WeTheBrandon
