🇨🇦 Canada grants full parole to man who plotted to blow up Toronto Zakaria Amara helped plan truck bomb attacks on Canada's intelligence headquarters, the Toronto Stock Exchange and a military base. He was sentenced to LIFE in prison, but apparently that's more of a suggestion in Canada. After four years of day parole without violations, the board says he no longer shows signs of extremist beliefs and has granted him full parole.
