Humanitarian aid from international organisations exists to be given freely, not sold for profit. That is why it is called aid rather than commercial goods. Hamas seizes these supplies and sells them at inflated prices, which is precisely why some Gazans go short. The majority of the population nevertheless has adequate food and basic essentials.
